A graduate of Syracuse University, cum laude, and Brooklyn Law
School, Seth Feldman has been working with the firm since
graduation from college. He has been specializing in real estate law
and banking throughout that time.
While attending law school at night, Seth distinguished himself as a
member of the Moot Court Honor Society, gaining first place
honors at the St. Johns National Civil Rights Competition and the
Texas Young Lawyers Association New York Regional
Competition. Academically he was awarded a C.A.L.I. Award for
Academic Excellence in Trial Advocacy, and, upon graduation he
was awarded the Judge Doris A. Thompson and Judge Edward
Thompson Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy. All during this
time he was working during the day as a clerk with the firm and
had primary responsibility for handling the firm's commercial bank
clients and the closing of residential loans.
Seth Feldman has served as counsel to banking institutions,
corporations, individual purchasers and sellers, and has personally
conducted over a thousand transactions. He also has experience in
commercial and residential leasing, structured finance, title and
border disputes, and other real estate matters.

of New Jersey.
Seth has been a professional advisor and coach to the Brooklyn
Law School Moot Court Honor Society, as well as serving as a
judge for a variety of ABA High School mentor programs that
focus on mock trial competitions for inner city youth. Recently
Seth started a blog focusing on religion and the law
(www.godvscaesar.org) and is researching the topic for
publication.
